| TECHNIQUES |
TECHNIQUES # 1 through #
10, START WITH A LEFT HAND GRAB OF THE LEFT WRIST. 1. Using your right hand--grip his hand with a 'horseshoe grip"--keep his hand in contact with your left wrist--raise to a centering position--slide left hand down to just above his elbow (in the process of sliding, break his thumb)--execute a 180 degree pivot on left foot while right foot travels clockwise 180 degrees while pulling your right hand to your right hip--press down with your left hand on his arm and pull up on his hand, creating an arm-bar--at same time twist his hand in two directions:
A)
Palm toward his forearm and
B)
Pinkie toward floor--execute left knife hand strike to point just
below earlobe on jawbone. 2. As in # 1
technique, once in centering position--grab his wrist with your left
hand--keep his pinkie in the up-most position--maintain his wrist in
a stable and immovable position--make a pinch point with your right
pinkie and your left index finger--rotate his hand in two directions
simultaneously--A)
pinkie toward his forearm and
B)
palm toward the ceiling -- push his hand toward his chest as this
will create more pain as the elbow bends--apply enough pressure to
drop him to his knees--kick his chest and takedown into a control
hold with his wrist in joint lock position--follow up with strikes
if needed.
NOTE: DO BOTH TECHNIQUES FROM A ONE-HAND GRAB, TWO-HAND GRAB, AND NO-HAND GRAB (straight technique) |
